Quality Statement

All Protexin products are subject to our stringent quality control
procedures and we guarantee that the products you receive will be of
the highest standard. We are fully accredited to ISO9001:2000, FEMAS,
GMP Pharmaceutical and RPSGB/VMD standards. We have fully documented
Quality Assurance and Health and Safety policies which form the basis
of all our procedures and operations and are regularly audited by
bodies such as the BSI and HFMA to ensure that these standards are
maintained.
Quality
control is implemented and maintained by our own Technical and Quality
teams backed by independent UKAS accredited microbiological
laboratories which carry out the identification and enumeration of
microorganisms in all products. Certificates of Analysis are kept for
every batch and you are of course welcome to ask for a copy.
As
one of the first probiotic supplement manufacturers on the market we
have spent years researching the best microorganisms to use in our
products and their delivery systems. One of the most important
aspects to a probiotic is its ability to survive the harsh environment
of the stomach acid, and all our strains are tested to the highest
standards to ensure maximum effect.
If you are not happy with
the product you have received or if has arrived in anything less than
perfect condition, please return it to us at once and we will replace
it the same day wherever possible.
