Pro-Fibre for rabbits is a dandelion flavoured pellet containing:

  • Multi-source fibre
High levels of both soluble and insoluble fibre. Rabbits need plenty of fibre in their diet - in fact it is the most important component of what they eat. Insufficient fibre can lead to digestive problems, especially of the hind gut. Rabbits with insufficient fibre in their diet can get loose, soft droppings which may make them prone to flystrike and other conditions.
  • Probiotics
The live yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae (CNCM I-4407) 4b1702 to help repopulate the intestine with beneficial micro-organisms.
  • Preplex prebiotics
A prebiotic, consisting of fructo-oligosaccharide (FOS) and acacia (Gum arabic), to feed and stimulate the growth of beneficial bacteria.

Given daily, it can help promote efficient digestion and avoid the problems associated with insufficient dietary fibre.

Available in an 800g tub.
