Clearpay is a service that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal installments, made every 2 weeks, without any interest.

Just shop your favourite products and checkout as usual. At checkout, choose Clearpay as your payment method. You will be directed to the Clearpay website to register and provide payment details (Visa or Mastercard). If you’ve used Clearpay before, just log into your Clearpay account. Then complete your order -- it’s that easy

Yes, your bag value must be between minimum order value and £1,000 to use Clearpay. You will receive an instant approval decision on your order at checkout. Clearpay and Protexin Daily Care are committed to responsible spending and not all orders will be approved.

To sign up with Clearpay you need to:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid and verifiable email address and phone number
• Use a UK bank payment card - Visa or Mastercard Debit or Credit Card
• Be capable of entering into a legally binding contract
• Have a verifiable and valid ID
• Be living in the UK (England / Wales / Scotland & Northern Ireland) No UK territories or British Forces Post Offices addresses are allowed, No Isle of Mann or Isle or Jersey or Isle of Guernsey addresses are allowed

Clearpay allows you to shop now and pay later, always interest-free*. With Clearpay, your purchase will be split into 4 payments, payable every 2 weeks.

At any time, you can log in to your Clearpay account to see your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date. Otherwise we will automatically take the money from your debit or credit card on your payment due dates.

As set out in our Terms of Service, if you do not pay for an installment on or before its due date, an initial £6 late fee will apply. A further £6 late fee will apply if a payment is still unpaid 7 days after the due date. Late fees are capped at £24 or 25% of the order value, whichever is less.

You can make payments by logging in to your account or by following the link in one of the notification messages you've received from us.

We want to get you back on track as soon as possible and we certainly don't want you getting into further financial stress. That's why if you have an overdue payment we won't let you buy anything else with us until your account is brought up-to-date.

Clearpay returns follow our standard return process. Please note, refunds for Clearpay will first be refunded from Protexin Daily Care to Clearpay, and then to you. We cannot provide an exchange or cash refund.

You can let us know if you’ve returned an order so we can push back your next scheduled payment for up to 2 weeks while the retailer processes your returned item(s). This means we won’t apply any late fees during this period.

Simply open the Clearpay App and follow these steps:

1. Select the active order you are returning
2. From the Order Details menu (top right) select Returning an order
3. Indicate whether you are returning by mail or returning instore
4. Fill in the details of the return as prompted

That’s it! We’ll pause the next payment due for up to 2 weeks so the merchant has extra time to process the return and notify us before your next payment is due.
