This is further reinforced through global employee networks including our women’s network, diversity and inclusion network, menopause support group, and development of further UK and global support groups.


Sustainability

We are committed to supporting the environment globally to create a healthy planet for the future.

 

We have lots of exciting projects taking place to reduce our power and water consumption, reduce waste, increase recycling.

 

We even plant 10 trees for each new starter as a welcome gift, then 5 trees per employee each month in areas of deforestation and natural disasters around the world. Check out our tree counter at the bottom of the page to see our progress.


Giving Back

Giving back to the community is hugely important to us. We give employees paid volunteering days every year and arrange a number of fundraising and volunteering opportunities.

 

Some of our voluntary and charity initiatives include allowing days for supporting a local animal rescue facility, litter picks in the local community, visiting schools to share our knowledge and experience with future generations and having fun with bake off competitions to raise funds for charity.

Company Culture

Wellbeing

Mental health is a key focus point for us at ADM Protexin. We have a network of trained Mental Health First Aiders across the business ready and willing to support colleagues through more challenging times in life.

 

We also offer free and confidential counselling and support through our Employee Assistance Programme.
