  • Dr James Henderson

    MA (Cantab) VetMB MRCVS CMgr MCMI

    James graduated from Cambridge University in 2016, and worked in small animal practice before joining ADM Protexin in 2018. He now leads Protexin Veterinary’s commercial and technical functions across the UK and international markets. Outside of work, James enjoys running and Brazilian jiu-jitsu, alongside his most important role as a full-time girl dad.

  • Dr Ronan Fitzgerald

    BVetMed MRCVS

    After graduating from the Royal Veterinary College, Ronan worked for nine years in small animal and mixed practices before joining a veterinary pharmaceutical company. Since joining Protexin a few years ago, he has become interested in the importance of the gut microbiota, its impact on health and well-being, and the benefits that pro-, pre- and postbiotics can deliver.

  • Dr Rupert Dyhouse

    Veterinary International Business Manager

    Rupert graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2016 and has worked as a vet across the UK and New Zealand, treating everything from horses and goats to alpacas and even tigers. After experiencing fermented mare’s milk in Kyrgyzstan, he developed a keen interest in probiotics for gut and immune health. He lives in Warwickshire and loves the outdoors.

    Benji graduated with a Bachelor of Veterinary Science from the University of Sydney in 2016, before earning an MBA. Driven by a passion for nutraceuticals, he joined ADM Protexin during its 2019 Australian launch and now leads the business across Australia and New Zealand. Outside work, he enjoys golf, tennis, watching sports, and keeping up with his Aussie Shepherd and Border Collie.

    Business Development Manager

    Jill graduated from the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies in 2010 and spent nine years in mixed and small animal practice before completing her MBA at Glasgow University. She joined Protexin in 2023, bringing a passion for the microbiome and animal health. Outside work, Jill enjoys hockey and adventures with her cocker spaniel, Paddy.

  • Dr Samantha Booth

    Veterinary Technical Advisor

    After graduating from the University of Cambridge in 2015, Sam has spent the past decade working as a small animal veterinarian in both the UK and Australia. She now brings this experience to her role as a Technical Advisor at Protexin. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, supporting her favourite football team, crafting, and spending time with her rescue cat, Clive.

  • Felicity Barber

    BVetMed MSc MRCVS

    Felicity qualified as a veterinarian from the Royal Veterinary College in 2015 and spent 7 years in practice across the UK, Fiji, and the UAE. In 2022, after completing a Master's in Biopharmaceuticals at King's College London, she moved into an international role with a global animal health company. Felicity joined Protexin in 2026 where she helps bring innovative pet products to markets worldwide.
