Synopsis

A tasty chicken‑flavoured capsule formulated with key ingredients to support a healthy bladder lining and help maintain normal stress levels. Each capsule contains: N-Acetyl D-Glucosamine (fermentation origin) 125mg, L-tryptophan 37.5mg, Hyaluronic acid (fermentation origin) 10mg

N‑acetyl D‑glucosamine
Normal, healthy bladders are lined with glycosaminoglycan (GAG), which protects them from direct exposure to urine and helps prevent discomfort.  N‑acetyl D‑glucosamine provides essential building blocks for these GAGs, supporting the maintenance of this protective layer.  

Hyaluronic acid
A key component of the GAG layer that supports bladder integrity and comfort. 

L‑tryptophan
L-tryptophan is an essential amino acid involved in the production of serotonin, often referred to as the ‘happy hormone’, which supports normal mood and stress levels 

Artificial chicken flavouring
Enhances palatability, making it easier to give to your cat. 

Directions

Initially 1 capsule daily

For long-term maintenance 1 capsule every other day

Initially 2 capsules daily

For long-term maintenance 1 capsule daily

The capsules can be given whole or opened, and the palatable contents sprinkled onto food.

Cystophan capsules can be given whole or opened and sprinkled onto food.  Alternatively, they can be hidden in a small, tasty treat if needed. 

Begin with the recommended initial dose for the first two weeks to provide enhanced support. After this period, reduce to the maintenance dose for ongoing use. 

Cystophan is suitable for long‑term use or as advised by your vet.  For best results, give daily and ensure your cat always has access to fresh drinking water.
